Come swim with us. We have programs for all ages and abilities. Contact the YMCA or a Coach for more information. Latest News October 19-- Starting Monday, October 20th through Monday, November 24th, 2008, we will be having swim practice in the pool for Advance Swimmers only. The dry land class will resume on Monday December 1, 2008. On Monday, December 1, the dry land class will replace the Advance Swimmer practice on Mondays. - Sterling meet for next weekend is cancelled
